A notary agent prevents fraud by being there during the signing of important documents and making sure that the signers are who they are claiming to be and are in fact signing by their own accord.

Florida notaries are authorized by law to perform six basic duties:

  • Administer oaths or affirmations
  • Take acknowledgments
  • Attest to photocopies of certain documents 
  • Solemnize marriage
  • Verify vehicle identification numbers (VINs) 
  • Certify the contents of a safe-deposit box

Notaries are necessary when you are preparing a legally binding document. Notary agents make your signature official by bearing witness of you being in fact there and signing the document on good will

Since we are a mobile service, we do require appointments in order to go to you! Call or text us to check our schedule and available time slots.

Normally a Florida driver license, ID card, passport, or driver license from another state. If you don’t have those available, do call us to confirm if your ID is valid for notarizing purposes.
